Senzera - Waxing, Sugaring & Kosmetikstudio in Hamburg-Innenstadt

Sadly I can't recommend this place at all. I had a woman called Jana doing my sugaring, she not only made me feel bad but she also didn't do a proper job. It seemed to me like she didn't have experience with the sugaring, at the end I didn't get all out and I was full of wax and powder and my clothes too.... I normally always go to senzera and I've never had such a bad treatment like this and the price was stil high...

The waxing studio was clean and the location is good. And that is the only positive thing I can say. The lady who "worked" on my body was my worst nightmare. I have been doing waxing in different salons for years but such pain I have ever had before. My skin was red and hurt for weeks after that torture. During the procedure I had the feeling that that lady didn't want to touch my skin, which it is the worst possible way to do waxing. I hope she doesn't work there anymore and will never do that to another client!

No show for my morning appointment but rescheduled in the same day. Studio is super clean, good service and friendly treated.

Very nice studio, all employees are super nice. I still really like the treatment at Angie's. I look forward to more appointments!
