Nice reception, excellent advice and a great atmosphere in the practice! Dr. Bovt takes a lot of time to educate and advise his patients. I felt very comfortable and you really seem to be in good hands with him. He clearly has more knowledge of the subject than many other doctors in Hamburg.

It is unfortunate that after two laser sessions for rosacea and after 3 months ... it can easily be determined that two cheeks are permanently reddened ... as opposed to before the laser treatment ... because the redness disappears when you wake up from sleep. .. and returns When I'm tired ... I think my face has been burned all the time by the laser machine ... very disappointing

Drive over 200 km for each appointment, that says it all doesn't it? The colleagues at the reception are very friendly, professional and very good with customers, you feel in good hands and welcome! The ambience also makes a high-quality impression, the rooms look clean and well-kept (which is by no means a matter of course, as my experience has shown). About the actual work: I love how Mr. Bovt works! Fast, customer-friendly and precise, the results are excellent! It looks very natural and not mask-like at all. He also diplomatically draws attention to improvements without having the effect of "puffing up". I would very much recommend Firstmedica and especially Mr. Bovt to anyone who is considering beautifying his appearance!
