I always like to buy and order here. A cozy bookstore in the district - and good advice, even with more unusual questions about literature.

Unfortunately, I was treated in this bookstore really rude. Although it often happens, as under 30 year olds, but in this Kaden, I was immediately after an older customer anticipate and was advised in detail, with a not at my request suitable book fed. No smile, no courtesy. Also immediately afterwards I was ignored and another customer was addressed in a friendly way. Have this shop in a bad mood and indeed left very sad. Would not recommend it if you pay attention to respect for all people.

Very courteous and friendly service, which makes it clear why shopping on the Internet is always the worse alternative.
