Some of my colleagues were really nice. But the employee is not worth anything himself. Unfriendly to families. Paid below minimum wage. Then short-time work allowance. The protection of employees is to be done privately, free of charge, of course. No fare. Tax reductions were not passed on to customers. Here in this company, employees are not worth anything to the bosses (department heads). You get more and more work, more and more regulations, you are not allowed to do this and so on and for very little money. The salary is no longer appropriate for today You are immediately bullied by your work colleagues, and nothing is being done about bullying. If you ask for 1 € gross more then it means we can not afford it. Why do you do that? I keep seeing the branches because of a lack of staff, but more and more branches are being opened elsewhere. What kind of logic is that? Pay people more money from the start, treat your employees properly and help against bullying, I'm being bullied at work and nothing is being done, why not? Because nobody cares ...
