The bidding round for my car ran normally up to 62% of my desired price. When the bids were over, I received a very unfriendly, condescending and unusually personal call from an (Eastern European?) Employee (+49 212 52087769) from "carsale24". I prefer to spare myself further details here. For me, this experience is not a good basis for a business relationship. At least the order was promptly canceled and the account deleted. One point for that.

We recommend. I'm actually usually very careful about online business and thought I would give it a try. Customer service was great. Very friendly, binding and fast and got out more in the renegotiation than my highest offer was "live". Safe in contract processing. The collection also worked without any problems. The dealer was binding and coordinated closely with me here. He paid in cash and will take care of the cancellation. So an all-round carefree package. I'm very satisfied.

Keep away from this "provider"! I did not accept a bid from a dealer for my used car and so the bidding round was canceled after 3 days, i.e. a final sales contract was not concluded. Nevertheless, I was promptly called by a woman with bad German I should now pay the commission of 450 EUR. I started to laugh because it was so absurd and I pointed out that maybe I should take another look at my own terms and conditions, because there it says "If the seller accepts a binding offer, the buyer will receive according to the table of fees in the terms and conditions Commission costs " I was neither a buyer nor was an offer accepted. Stay away from this shop. Just cheeky and laughable at the same time.

Satisfaction looks different. Good structure and structure of the process, but you have to make clear cuts in the offers of the dealers. The "renegotiations" do not help much either, the offers are minimally improved. Support is available by email and phone. Overall more promised.
