Incompetent. Doesn't know the exact content of the service, not welcomed at the reception, not allowed to talk to the service guy even I had an appointment, tried to charge you more, slow service too. I could understand why this place has only 3 stars. Avoid at all cost of you want to buy a car or want to do a service. For having a look it's not that bad.

Very unprofessional place. I wanted to learn about leasing and possibly lease one today. Sales representative took a call in the middle of our conversation and without saying anything kept talking for 15 min. I left while he was on the phone. Will never go back and I can easily lease a car at another dealer. I do not recommend to anyone.

Came here to inquire about some BMW accessories and the store attendant was kind enough to give me their brochure plus lots of other valuable information like going to Offakamp in Hamburg to browse through a wider range of products.

Very professional, very expensive, good work quality. Service is another matter. I was not cashed back multiple times I tried to contact them
