OMT-Care

I like to ride with OMT! You're treated politely and courteously, in the whole time I've never had to wait - that alone makes them stand out. Since my husband and I are both in wheelchairs, a very special point for us was the purchase of a larger vehicle. So we can now drive together and don't have to use two vehicles! UNLIMITED RECOMMENDATION.

I've been riding OMT every day for a few months now. Whether to work, to the doctor or private: the drivers are very friendly and helpful at all times. The vehicle is at the place of use at the agreed time. Should there be unforeseen delays, e.g. B. full streets / traffic jams. As a passenger, I will be informed immediately with the information when the vehicle will arrive and, if applicable, where the vehicle is parked if it cannot park at the agreed meeting point. I want to see a doctor at short notice? A phone call and asked if it is possible. Within a very short time I had an answer that I could be driven to the doctor. I find out at short notice that I'm going to work or later. that I stay longer: no problem for OMT. It is rescheduled and you get a confirmation that it will work. I have never before had to cancel appointments because OMT couldn't drive. Thank you so much for the great job.
