AVOID THIS BOOKING AGENCY! AVOID THIS BOOKING AGENCY! Appalling policy of not being able to change a booking, whatever the reason 48hrs before collection!! Shocking customer service!! Due to flight cancellation I had to rebook a flight, so when new flight was done I needed to move the collection time of hire car forward just 3hrs, but no we can’t do that! We are keeping your money and you will need to rebook🤬without any recompense! I posted this review on their FaceBook page but as you would guess they deleted it! Try deleting this one dummies!!!! Once this ridiculous policy is widely known this company will decline into closure for sure! Too many other companies that offer better service and without stealing your money! It was only 54€ so I hope this review costs you x10 times that in lost bookings! In contrast the actual hire car company Hertz were flexible and changed my booking! I have never made any posts on here before and I have only registered today to make people aware of this shocking company!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID

I accidentally booked a rental car for the wrong day and when I called to modify the reservation, they made me pay for it anyway. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Fraudulent lies and cheap tricks summarize what you can expect from this circus act. Charged us twice as much as the reservation rate (which we prepaid). The flashy blonde at the counter asked what car we wanted and with 2 witnesses at my side I said the one we reserved. She gave me a smile and a smaller car that gets bad gas mileage and costs less to purchase than the one we reserved. Tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company and these jokers went as far as photoshopping my signature onto a false document and sending it to my credit card company. Horrible mistake and horrible experience that is going to stick with me for many years.

In Edinburgh WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! I thought paying $26 insurance on your website would cover and was asked to pay another £120 for full coverage! You made INSURANCE POLICY a legal SCAM with Easirent Easirent UK ! Well done!
