Everything OK and quick.

Already second time rented there, The stuff is very nice and everything is fast and easy, the pick-up as well as the return. I can just recommended it.

Very poor experience. Rented a car online for 12pm, arrived a few minutes after only to find the place closed. No warning in the booking or a phone call before they closed. On the phone Europcar was very unhelpful, could not get a car the same day anymore anywhere in Hamburg. Would not recommend renting a car here if you arrive by train, plane or any other way that might result in a slight delay.

Stay away from this scammers. I rented a car more than 6 months ago, it was just for one day, everything was fine and the I returned it in the airport. There was someone there who just checked the car and said it was ok we can go. Yesterday 6 months after renting the car, a letter arrived saying that we had damage the car and they want to charge us 450€ to repair a 2cm scratch in the rim. We did absolutely not do that, furthermore the car was checked when we returned it but we did not get any confirmation paper because that place was totally disorganize and we where just asked to leave. Don't be fool and stay away from this company. There are alternatives like sixt which may cost some euros more but at least you wont get stolen.
