I was helped very quickly and without an appointment. Was in transit and of course the flat tire was very inappropriate. The formalities were clarified without waiting and 10 minutes later the tire was changed and the day in Hamburg could still take place as planned. The mechanics were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. So I can definitely recommend the dealer.
