Casino Hamburg - Casino Esplanade

Slot Machine area not nice, a lot of old slots machines. Not possible to stay near friends playing with covid rules because the whole area is very small. Only one funny and new slot. Some staff were nice but others were very rude. Paying to store luggage is not nice, you go there to spend money so baggage should be free (considering you also pay 2 euros to enter). Not recommended, it was not a funny evening.

Forcing customers to rent a suit! I mean come on! It's not such a fancy casino to have such demands! And you also have to rent a locker for the jacket you left for the rented suit! Lol

Worst experience ever !! First they told us that our visas were expired even though we repeatedly told them that we artived one day ago. They insisted to look at our older visas. Later on we wanted to go to the blackjack tables but they didn’t “like” our clothes. So we were forced to exit. Casinos in Berlin was so much fun. That’s why we wanted to try also in Hamburg but I can assure you that if you’re tourists don’t expect to be treated right unfortunately:(

Not well organized Casino. Non smoking Insider Casino except an area with slot machine. Minimum bed in the roulette 2 euro. Μinimum bed in black Jack 10 euros. You need jacket in order to play black jack roulette and poker but you can also rent on for 5 euro.
