Small, very beautiful and well-kept cemetery.

Very nice, well-kept and quiet cemetery. Unfortunately, yesterday we had to bury a long-time colleague.

When my wife was buried on the small urn field in 2018, it was an almost bare meadow. Now this area has filled up great and also looks great with the flowers !!!!! And is very well cared for..M.H.

A nice cemetery, small, peacefully arranged. I can only recommend a visit, for those who do not know how the Mennonite community got their root are on site at the entrance an info board. Even the graves are over 200 years old, are a real sight. The pictures I posted with candlelight have the following background. A good acquaintance who has Hungarian roots told me that on November 1, on the Day of All Saints, all families go with candles to the cemetery where their loved ones have been buried placing their candles on the graves. I let me show a picture that looks like in Hungary and was fascinated. So I told myself I buy a bunch of candles and spread them on the graves. That happened on 2 November 2014 I also posted the picture that led me to it. For all of you who read this article I thank you very much. 😌

Small, nice cemetery. Clear, so no long search. Staff, very friendly! With bus 288 from Altona to the door. Doesn't drive that often. You have to make yourself smart beforehand. All in all: great !!!
