As a place of reflection its unparalleled. The fact it represents a memorial for what historical Germany did rather than feeling sorry for what was done to it is admirable. The price of admission (£5 to see the top of the tower and the museum in the crypt) is a bargain given what's there. The building would have been stunning had it survived the war but somehow, the ruin thats left, whilst scarred by the bombs, is more amazing and asks so many more questions. If your in Hamburg, you must visit it and reflect on the mistakes we made in the past.
