Ulla Popken - Large Sizes Hamburg

After looking at this place online and actually visiting the store, it is everything you could hope for. Friendly customer service, helpful personal and a nice warm atmosphere for tourists. As a larger lady Aussie abroad I highly recommend this store to others.

The mood of the staff was icy. Nobody asked us if we needed help. A jacket was not available in the desired size. We were then told that this no longer existed. They can still be ordered kosher online. To pay, we deposited our goods at the cash register. One of the 3 saleswomen saw this and was unable to tell her colleague. With a read: "Pay please", a saleswoman finally shuffled up and packed the goods rather listlessly and buttoned us 20 cents for the bag at a value of 300 euros. I have seldom seen saleswomen with such a remarkable listlessness. Pure service desert!

Not so cheap, but good quality clothing can be found there. I bought a summer jacket (for not so nice weather). My old jacket is not broken and still fits well. I just don't want to see her after all these years (also from Ulla)

As always, the service was good and nice ... unfortunately the size I wanted was no longer available ... I'm too late ...
