I have reduced shopping in Germany, thanks to customer service. But in this outlet of reserved i had the best experience. The customer carer Ms. Roxey not only went an extra mile but she guided me so well. If you are lucky, such services definitely build up the good repo of brands. My go-to shop for daily wear from now-on! P.S: I review and post updates as well.

Nice shop in a very good location right beside Mönckebergstraße U-station , the products (clothes + shoes) have almost always left a positive impression based on my personal experience. The materials are fine compared to the relatively cheap prices .

Good quality , fast fashion store , just opposite to the U3 U bahn train exit on the Monckebergstr. This store is a must visit during the end of season sale period. They have amazing offers.

I loved it

I buy something and I didn't try it in the store because i didn't have time. When i came home i saw that it was torn in the back side. I went again to the store and I gave this back. They gave me an other one in the same size and this time i say i have time so I go to try this. I get in the room and I saw the it was torn too. I didn't try this i just saw this. I get out and I tell that to the store and they tell me that I make it because I have more weigh. They start to smile and laughs. That was not good .. I don't care about the money but it was so bad from them.
