The store is very successful, great selection. Everything perfect. However, the saleswomen, who are in heaps of each other there (I can now say this with a clear conscience after visiting 6 stores), were uninterested and I was even insulted at the door “where I come from” because the young ladies didn't like my tone or facial expression ? Not relevant, because as a paying customer I don't have to be king, but at least I have to be treated with SOMETHING respect or just keep ignoring it, so at least one has peace and quiet and thus again a nice shopping experience. :)

Bought a voucher for Christmas on the weekend. Wasn't even asked if it should be a gift. The 3 employees at the checkout were busy with internal processes of the glamor week. Only when I asked for it was the voucher put in an envelope. Everything very careless and not customer-service-oriented. The crowning glory was the stapled loop, see photo. You can't give something like that away. Please take a course at Douglas on how to pack your bags without a lot of effort.
