Excellent Service I wanted to send my goods to India they helped me lot. With lot of patience. Did lot of efforts for me.

A reasonably priced toy shop with a range of toys (domestic and international) and a small selection of children's clothes.

I really rarely write a review, but such poor service is something you just have to hold onto. At the end of July we bought a bike in MyToys Perle store - delivery should be a week later ... Nothing arrived. 3 weeks later, after numerous calls, it was said that there were problems. The branch manager then promised that the bike would be there a week later. Nothing came here either. At the end of September (again at your own request !!!!) it was said that the supplier had separated and the bike was not even ordered. Again, one was NOT informed again. But now it should work. A week later I was called that the bike was there and that it could be set up. We have then set a day for collection (Friday). So you drive into the city center by car and park expensively, only to tell you that the bike was not set up - it was FORGOTTEN !!!!! (There was an extra note on the box with the date of the previous day for an assembly. I / We will never buy anything in this shop again!

The employees seem overwhelmed. After asking questions several times, we were unfortunately not helped

Our son got a pool for his 1st birthday, which we ordered from mytoys. The positive thing was that the delivery was with us within 3 days. Very nice . We then set up the pool in the evening when our son was sleeping. The next morning the disappointment .... the air had gone out again overnight. So it came to us already broken. But we didn't want to send it back now because our son had a birthday ... We thought well anyway, then we pump it out every morning. The pool had the next hole at the seam 5 days later ..... Conclusion, we paid a lot of money for a pool that was already broken and was completely over after a few days .. Too bad we will no longer order from mytoys.
