Staff was really unfriendly! Very rude responses and almost threw our food down at us with an attitude.. maybe he should quit his job if he is so unhappy there?

Mega friendly folks - we will definitely be back again we look forward to a nice chat with you :) Drinks and food are great and you are right on the Elbe - a nice place to have a drink or snack before the harbor tour.

Catastrophic. Staff unfriendly and incompetent. There are rows for food and drinks. After 10 minutes waiting for 2 drinks at the beverage edition told me the lady that I should do the food, there were of course many people now. My husband then got there and had to wait another 10 minutes. No thanks!
