This store is really great! I came in looking for a particular acoustic guitar (furch OM Model) which was not there at the time. I left my email address and in a couple of months Johannes sends me an email that “my” guitar had just arrived if I’d like to give it a play. At the store he gave me the furch, two similar guitars and all the time in the world in a separate booth to make my decision. Johannes takes his time to clearly explain to you the differences between the guitars and is himself a passionate acoustic guitar lover which makes it all a very pleasant experience. I went home with the furch and a hard case for a great price! I can highly recommend this place.

Got some guitar stuffs here for music. Customer service is super. The sales lady even took time to chat with my little girl and got me buy her a small guitar.
