Worse shop, there is no one running the shop. Washing-up gloves have been sold out for months. Other articles are also refilled only after weeks. Sleeping salespeople, young interns who have absolutely no idea. Nobody cares about them. Excessive prices for adult diapers, the same at Edeka for a third of the price. 2 points are for the really very friendly staff. But that can be done even better. I'm talking about Budnykowsky in the cattle auction hall !!!

Budnikowsky overall good shop but branch stern hill totally unfriendly and repellent

I live in Schanzenstraße, so it would be natural for me to buy there. In my opinion, when it comes to service, you hang here compared to other stores after. A second cash register is reluctant to open. And there is a lady on sale who is so unfriendly and pampy that she runs the till (every time) that I turn around in this branch when I do said lady was spotting. I work in the service industry myself and have little understanding for this. Extremely unprofessional !!
