A bit small but it’s just fine

A very well-stocked, clean and quite new Budni. Friendly staff who have internalized effective corona measures. I always feel well advised and like to shop here. Good selection of healthy foods and delicious fresh bread.

The employees in this Budni often seem annoyed, unfriendly and unhelpful. You talk to customers annoyed, instead of helping yourself, they send you to the next colleague. Since I live in the neighborhood, I think that's a shame. There are only 1-2 employees who are always very nice and professional. But otherwise you're happy when you're in the store and don't have to ask anyone anything. Unfortunately, you feel hostile. Maybe the branch is understaffed!?! Usually there are never more than 2 employees to be seen. I would rather go to the next dm store.

Better training for inexperienced employees would be desirable.
