Very nice branch. Staff always friendly and attentive

Store clean, staff friendly and attentive, prevented me several times from buying defective or incomplete products. Always a large selection of products. Only the branch management is sloppy. Not only towards customers but also towards employees. I understand that some customers allow themselves a lot, but you should still approach customers' individual problems with a little respect and a friendly tone. Hence 1 star deduction.

Unfortunately, the manager of this branch treated it very badly as a customer :-( In the search for replacement razor blades, I showed a card to be shown at the cash register (these are the cards that show the product, which are then handed over in real form at the cash register) A (nice) employee looked for the corresponding item - to no avail. Not bad. The managing director interfered very objectively and looked for outdated packages of the product. I made her aware that she apparently wanted to sell me her old stock and that there is no indication that the packaging is a "new design", but she didn't want to hear it. I decided to look for this product in the dm and found it immediately. Well dm and ROSSMANN are much better than this dirt shop !!!
