At my employer (tax consultant office with about 15 employees) we had due to a messy IT structure always massive problems and various failures. By announcing something to change the situation, it came to a scandal with our old IT service provider and QDS literally took the car from the dirt. Armed only with an admin account, QDS has completely restructured our IT within a very short period of time (mind software and hardware), configured and procured new servers and security components, revised data backup systems, handled license management, short-circuited our program vendors and partially completed the work even performed during ongoing operation. Nevertheless, we had no noteworthy or unexpected failures. We have been a QDS customer for two years now and our failure rate has dropped to zero (!!) due to systemic errors. Our IT costs have been massively reduced (even without counting the downtime that was previously available). In addition, we are always very satisfied with the response time for minor problems and can only praise the friendly and competent staff! Thank you for the fantastic cooperation so far and for the continued very positive cooperation! Therefore without a doubt 5 stars!
