It is Saturday. The hot water system fails. In the hallway, the emergency number is quickly found out and called immediately: It answers an answering machine with the announcement, I would call outside of business hours! Since someone forgot to switch the telephone system ... very annoying. The website does not work either, because it is in maintenance mode. So I probably have the whole weekend no hot water. 😠 I like to correct the rating if something changes.
