A really cheeky and bad customer care, for example unfortunately very unprofessional in the appointment. Errors always happen. If you then point out these errors, there are arrogant to brazen answers. Maybe a company customer training course should be considered within the company. Really astonishing how little the Ernst cares about the customers. By the way, the technicians are OK.
