I had an issue with a bose product bought somewhere else. Staff ( Michael) was too co-operative and attended to me well. Once the product was checked and found defective, i was given a brand new replacement piece on the spot. extremely helpful. store is well marked for social distancing and all the staff is wearing masks. two thumbs up. keep up the good work!!

Before I buy Bose over another retailer or over amazon I rather come here. Super friendly staff and absolutely amazing service. Besides the great prices!

Watch out for "Arian K." whose been exceptionally unhelpful and rude in the presence of his manager Michael. Although, Michael was very helpful he did nothing to correct or discipline "Arian K".
