Hello, friendly telephone and email contact after I asked for a pair of speakers that were to be sold on behalf of a customer and were offered through a renowned online portal. In terms of price, I was accommodated to my budget and even offered me a delivery service over a longer distance. Mr. Michel wanted to announce 2 delivery dates. So far so good. Great joy !!! Unfortunately, nothing happened. After a further request by email after a few days, I received the information with a friendly apology (and something like that is not always common and of course !!!) that an employee had probably already sold the loudspeakers before my first request. Well - real problems are different. This can happen in a large (???) company if A doesn't know what B is doing (or vice versa ???) Such a shot in the oven can also be the result of some CORONA chaos. My final question in connection with this - Why are the loudspeakers STILL according to the ad of said online portal STILL ??? - 1 star for friendly contact - O points / stars from the East Frisian jury for the rest of the deal - SORRY !!! In future sales talks, I wish Mr. Michel and his team "a better hand" (meaning knowledge of the available inventory) and the company's customers more positive experiences. !!! STAY HEALTHY !!! - that is and remains No.1 in the charts at the moment. Speakers are still a few on the market 😎 - the search continues. It's also a nice thing in these times (because you do have the time !!!) East Frisian greetings H.F.
