Catastrophe. I wanted to buy a record player, price ranges 800-1500 EUR. An employee in the store offered to contact third-party retailers for me and send me a list of offers. After a week I asked: was forgotten, but should come right away. After another three weeks I asked: many excuses, but should come right away. I wrote an email: another apology and ... (you know) I wrote another email ... and nothing happened. This is how you can wear down customers.

Got very bad advice, bad customer service, Got 2 new products, both were defective. Unfortunately not to be recommended

If I decided to buy new boxes from Bang and Olufsen, I would be overwhelmed by the new designs. Sound experiences included. The team showed me the strengths of the individual systems to their systems very well. Thank you for the great advice and the convincing purchase.
