The staff are always polite, courteous and very helpful.

Opened two days a week in the afternoon I was there half an hour before and could take the waiting number 2. Since I had prepared all the necessary documents as described on the internet, I got my visa in less than 30 minutes. From the central bus station I walked here on foot. All in all, I found the service to be friendly and correct, and I think I'll be back here next year.

Very friendly and quick! At 9 o'clock I was there, at 9:25 a.m. I already had a visa in my passport!

Super friendly service and I was back after 20 minutes with my tourist visa. One should, of course, appear there with all the required papers. But everything is described beautifully on the homepage, what you have to submit.
