Too many calls to try to reach someone there. Bad service and terrible experience and shame on you all.

The staffs are friendly and I only need 15 minutes to apply for the visa. It takes only one day to get the visa. Come early in the morning to get early service.

With all respect to General Consulate! Thank you for representing your country here in Germany! Why are you paying your people to represent your country, when theres nobody answering phone calls! We have tried two days long with 43 calls and still is answering!!!

I would thank Ms.Mariam (Counsel assistance) for helping me, my problem was solved at the end after talking to her! I would like also to Thank Mr.Mohamed Hussine for his support. My Tip to everyone: Just try to be patient & polite and all your requests will be handled. People working in the embassy are nice but due to the overload of work they tend to be slow sometimes. Recommendation for embassy: Please try to take more care about your telephone service hours.

Terrible service!!! I had a question about visa on arrival, have been trying to call for hours. In the end they picked up, told me I should call the Frankfurt consulate, when I said I did but no one answers, the woman said but it's not her problem and hang up! Worst staff!!!
