I applied for a Visa before 3 months of my trip. 3 months calling to be updated and they always said: we haven’t received anything yet from Tunisia” shortly before my trip they call to say that they lost my papers and they haven’t even sent them to Tunisia, and they are not responsible for the loss of my papers. Who is then responsible if I gave them the papers per hand? the worst experience ever. I lost my trip, money and never get an apology.

Outrageous people !! Unable!!! No masks worn, no minimum distances observed, not ventilated !!! Hire skilled people !! Dirty shop !!!!!!

Very nice and friendly staff Everything runs quickly, especially with the renovation of the pass. Man should simply be polite, helpful, considerate and nice to employees. With the politeness, the nice atmosphere and all prepared, used documents, everything will run quickly. I am a student and I thank the consulate team in Hamburg very much. We were there more than 7 people. We were served in almost under an hour and our new passports are prepared quickly. Proud of you and your service! The documents for the renewal of the passport were: * 5 photos * copy of the certificate of enrollment, Or registration address (from the town hall): if you are not a student. * old passport * The monetary contribution * 2 forms: you get this from the place and must be filled out well. * copy from the identity card.
