I called today to get NIE doing business in Spain, the man on the telephone was not friendly at all, I really do not know why people in this embassy are not friendly, I think the ambassador must do something about this bad behavior of their employees who represent their country, Spain

On 9/14 my wife and I visited the Spanish consulate. Contrary to some opinions here, the visit was very pleasant. We had a friendly and helpful staff member, although we did not have all the documents. Thank you again. The only downside is the parking problem, but that's another issue.

I have had a deal with the consulate to register as a Spanish resident in Germany, to get a passport (they managed it in record time and allowed me to continue with my trip), registration of my marriage and family book and now I am pending to carry out the discharge of my son. They are civil servants like any other and you cannot expect miracles, but I also have no complaints and if you inform yourself well (they always answer me on the phone) and you go with the correct papers, everything works relatively quickly ...

They attended to us very quickly and with great cordiality, they were very kind, especially the girl who was with me and my family, Eva, a great professional, in addition to the fact that my children are small and they did not stop making noise but she always smiled in face. Communication by phone has also been very efficient, and they have taken care of my case. It's nice when you're away from home to be treated this well.
