I arrived almost two hours before my appointment and they saw me right away. The Consul and the Vice Consul were very kind, as were the two ladies who work there too. They made me feel safe and for that I am very grateful.

Excellent service via telephone, and then at the itinerant consulate in Cologne. The process in person took only 5 minutes, since the consul came with all the documents well prepared.
