Exceptionally friendly staff n beautiful flowers. I’ll come again

I bought flowers for eur 7 here. A month later they took an additional eur 21 from my account: "KAUF AM 11.05.18 BEI BLUME 2000 6,99 KAUF + 4,00 BANKGEB + 9,90 LASTSCHRIFTABREDE". So never pay with plastic here!

Nice that Blume 2000 took over the historically beautiful store from Petzold. It is a little feast for the eyes to look at the old wall covering. Quality of the flowers, as is well known. I often like tied bouquets.

The employees are often unfriendly and easily irritated when you ask for the receipt. The question is why? The flowers are usually not fresh and the selection is also limited. Hamburg needs more flower shops in the city.

I was served by a nice florist who, despite short-time work, has not lost the joy of flowers. Was able to conjure up a beautiful colorful bouquet for only 15 € right away and was fully responsive to the customer. For the fact that you have to do a lot as a service staff at the main station, she has nevertheless proven to be patient and friendly. Again and again.
