- Staff is inexperienced and makes bad bouquets - Flowers are not fresh - Prices are the highest I have seen in Hamburg. Wanted to charge me €45 for 5 roses and a bit of green

Nice shop and nice flowers. The boss is friendly and competent. The range is solid and if you don't want anything extravagant or particularly "fanatic", you are well served here. For example, I bought a large cactus there that is of good quality and grows. The other green plants are also fine. With the cut flowers I've had bad luck the last few times. After a few days the first ones hung their heads, although I cut the plants and changed the flower water. I should bring the flowers to the store for inspection. But who carries rotten flowers on the stems back to the shop through Hafencity? This is particularly annoying when you spend 30-40 euros a week on cut flowers. I found significantly better quality in another flower shop, some of the cut flowers bought there even last for up to two weeks and the range is better. Conclusion: I will no longer buy my plants locally in the Hafencity, but rather take a kilometer and then have more of them. Pre-order by phone and receive it on the street or have it delivered. On the subject of Covid-19: I have not seen well-fitting masks at the sellers (but you can keep your distance). "Click and Collect" is currently permitted. In the flower making shop you can "even" select cut flowers etc. with the shop door open and then buy them on site.

A year ago I ordered a bouquet by phone to surprise my daughter in Hamburg from distant Bavaria with a spring bouquet. Everything worked out wonderfully. It was a very tastefully composed modern bouquet. Much bigger than expected ... And bigger than in expensive Bavaria. See you again soon ...

Friendly staff, fresh flowers. It should be so.

I think it's too expensive. 2 roses, pure, without everything, cost me 4.80 €. This is cheaper elsewhere.
