Fleurs de Paris

Nobody answers the phone and the times on the Internet are unchanged ... then you hope that you might be served at the door despite the lockdown and you will be disappointed. It can't be that difficult to change the times on Google or at least set up an automatic answer on the phone.

I can only recommend the Fleur de Paris store in Hamburg. Super friendly and helpful team and beautiful flowers. I already had several rose arrangements made there and was always super satisfied (the roses have been with me for over 4 years now and still look really good).

Muito interessante este conceito! Comprar flores para 2 a 3 anos! Uma loja de rosas de diferentes cores, em que tem uma característica especial aguentam por bastante tempo e numa caixa, a qual tb se pode escolher conforme o gosto! Também tem velas de cheiro de rosas e que o perfume e muito agradável! A decoração da loja é muito bonita e simples! Apesar de se chamar flores de Paris elas são flores de Berlim! O seu seu nome assim tem mais charme!

Never again at Fleurs de Paris! Bad service!

Customer service did not take me seriously, people kept coming in front of me, even though I was in the store in front of them. Generally spoken in a rude tone of voice. The flowers are great, next time just order online. A pity.
