I am happy when I have time to buy my flowers here. A huge selection of cut flowers (also from the old country), great potted plants for indoors and outdoors. The advice is always friendly, competent and helpful. The cut flowers last a long time, the garden plants from last summer have all grown well again. I am happy about the care tips. So far I have always been served patiently and kindly. Even if there are more customers. I'm sorry for the bad experiences of the other reviewers, of course it shouldn't be. I never felt that way.

I can only agree, have been there several times and the seller was extremely unfriendly. We looked at eucalyptus today and lifted a branch out of the water to look at us. Since we were rightly told that this is not self-service, she would show us the goods we just have to wait until it is finished with another customer. By rightly I mean in a command tone that does not go. Then I calmed my mother down and we waited (my mother wanted to go straight). After the saleswoman had finished with the other customer, she went behind the counter and paid no attention to us and worked on a bouquet even though there was nobody else but us. Then we went ... it's a shame because the selection of flowers is really good. But you don't have to be treated like this - unfortunately never again!

Unfortunately not recommended. The employees are extremely strange in behavior and largely unfriendly. An employee once argued in front of me a customer and pulled me in as another customer and asked me what I think about it? Very unprofessional. We have been there more often and were always very friendly and interested in the advice of the florist, but have always received extremely strangely presented commanding imperious "tips" (?) To the plants. To be honest, no. Better go to Kögel!
