Unfortunately I also have to give a negative rating here. Staff unfriendly and quickly overwhelmed. You can be stressed, especially when the cast is poor - I really understand. But you have to be friendly. Quite strange atmosphere there.

Extremely rude staff. Always! It is no exception to be served rude, rude and listless, but the rule. If you ask the staff about it, the tone becomes even more unfriendly. There are 1-2 exceptions - rather younger generation, but usually one finds bad-tempered, older women.

Extremely unfriendly. I'd rather buy my Christmas tree somewhere else.

Unfriendly and fussy in dealing with customers. Service virtually not available and inquiries are referred to the limited time. With a queue of 2 people! tying was not possible and the flowers were squeezed together in paper without any questions, even though there was a large sign in the entrance that said WE WANT TO BE ...
