Many thanks for the team from the Sesselei. I desperately needed a chair for my mother. Unfortunately, she could not come because of her illness ... the advice was great 👍 ... we found the right chair and it was delivered the same day. Great service !!!!

Extremely unfriendly staff or owner. Customer service is definitely different; would not buy here again. Since I do not seem to be the first with this experience, it remains to be seen when or if something will change.

The selection and advice is excellent. I can understand that the owner is annoyed about the "squatters", i.e. those who sit out there in the shop windows, take a break, leave their butts, rubbish and paper cups there. These people thank you with negative reviews without ever having been to the store.
