Absolutely courteous and professional advice - not to mention the quality of the lights. And nowhere else have I seen that you can experience the effect of the lights so well in the store. Keep it up!

The selection is okay, although stylistically limited. We were horrified by the advisor. After we told him that we wanted to buy lamps for 14 rooms, he referred us to the website. There we could present our concerns and arrange a consultation. For the fact that when we were in the store there were more consultants than customers, pretty cheeky. He could have found an appointment with us.

Here you are undesirable as a customer! Today around 2 p.m. we entered the shop to buy a new lamp. We walked through the business premises, first on the ground floor and were not spoken to, they just walked past us without a word. Then we went upstairs, our lighting consultant had customers (we had already bought 6 lamps from this lighting consultant and were given very good advice). Then we went back to the ground floor, people passed us without taking notice of us. The only thing that bothered us here was us. Actually, it's a shame because the lamps are very beautiful.
