Never again homesofa and Kabs upholstery world, each with the same owner. Cheap prices are advertised here, but you only get gray hair. We ordered our living area on 23.11.2018 with delivery time of 10-12 weeks. After we did not reach anyone after several attempts on a Homesofahotline, we tried it at the Kabs upholstery world customer service. Result: I felt called there in 2 weeks intervals there and was always lied to by the seemingly friendly employees bristle. False promises were made and no deadlines were met. After 5 months now I will have to live another 12 weeks without a sofa, because I have to order a sofa again but I'm sure it will be available from another supplier. Please save your nerves and do not order from this provider!

Hands off! Absolutely dubious company! In November 2018 we ordered a living room at Homesofa with the information that the delivery time is 10 to 12 weeks. After we had then in March 2019 still no message regarding the delivery date, we have asked. Almost nobody can be reached via the telephone hotline. After about 40 unbeliever phone call, then finally someone went to the phone. The lady, who was well trained in de-escalation training, said that the goods had already been handed over to the parcel service and our couch would soon be delivered. WRONG thought. After two weeks still had not happened. After we finally reached someone, we were told that Hermes had delivery problems, but our couch would be delivered soon. Today is 29 APRIL 2019 and nothing has happened yet. Emails are talked about again and again or referred to the guilt of Hermes. However, you can not show a shipment number. This company is an absolute cheater company. We will now take legal action to claim damages. Be careful and do not fall for the lock prices. Incidentally, Homesofa also belongs in some way to Kaps Polserwelt, based in Hamburg. If you call the hotline, the employees always report with different company names. Absolute criminal
