Great products. Pleasant coworkers. The advice was really good and the products we chose are convincing in all respects. We definitely recommend you. We were in Lohmar and bought there, but you have to say the telephone contact in Hamburg is great. The on-site staff are very friendly and they are very keen to help the customer.

Nice shop with nice tables and seating. Super nice staff. But......... we ordered and paid for chairs. After no delivery, I tried to contact the shop. That was difficult at first, I made it over the phone, our concerns were always received in a friendly manner with the promise to take care of them and get in touch. Unfortunately, there was no response to e-mails, deadlines ignored. The manufacturer of our furniture is likely to be insolvent. Nevertheless, the purchase price will not be paid back promptly. Despite the great furniture, we wouldn't recommend this shop to our friends. Customer service is much better. A smile is not enough. Too bad.

Unfortunately in our case a very, very bad service. Deposit paid in June 2020. Operation V05-05XXXX. Still no binding delivery date. Calling and writing emails hardly help. Is an order for work. Now handed over to the legal department. Too bad.
