My doctor is good, but the waiting times are an insult. I had an appointment at 12, I was there 5 minutes before.... AND THEN THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR 1:45 HOURS! Extremely disrespectful, why do they even bother to "make appointments" then? This happened in multiple occasions, bring a console, books or your phone well charged if you're coming here.

The doctor is very friendly, but the lady (40-50 years old, blond with glasses) at the reception insultede me without apologise, just because I'm asian so my profession should be a waitress or a cleaner? Unbelievable experience! Why do they even put a nazi people at the reception?!

My doctor for 25 years! Dr Tadzic is a wonderful doctor throughout, takes his time and helps you when you need it most. Everyone in the team is nice and warm.

Regardless of the problem with which you come to Dr. Tadzic comes whether you want to see the doctor for a follow-up certificate, a new prescription or without an appointment, that never seems to be a problem for the team and you never have the feeling that you are bothering. Everyone else should follow this practice as an example.
