It is simply unbelievable how privately insured patients are ripped off in this practice: 1. Without an extensive diagnostic parkour, which already includes the first three appointments, nobody can get out of here. 2. In the billing, the maximum, namely head physician treatment, is maxed out with a factor of 3.5 - even though you never signed a corresponding declaration of consent and never saw a head physician personally. (Rather, the diagnosis is always made by MTAs or nurses!)

Absolutely thrilled! Overall, very nice and competent team. I find it practical that everything is under one roof and that cooperation and exchange work. We flew specially from southern Germany to Hamburg for an appointment and it was worth it.
