!!!!!!! PRIVATE FIRST !!!!! PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE TEXT. It is hard to put into words what is offered here. I've been trying to get an appointment since June 2020, but so far in vain. Medical records disappear in a mysterious way, have to be sent again, you are put off until next week and then, when asked by phone, with a sentence like this: "Do you think you are the only one with heart problems?" (Original statement) to be fed. Even the personal efforts of my family doctor did nothing. But I would like to reproduce the following statement here as the root of all evil ...: "You can get an appointment first thing in the morning!" .... "if you are self-paying or privately insured!" Everyone can form their own opinion. I will now try to discuss an alternative with my family doctor, but see hardly any alternatives, since all hospitals in Hamburg have to make a profit for their shareholders. What a fatal development for our social solidarity. There is only one star because otherwise this post would not be possible ... rather - ***** ADDENDUM: I HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN TREATED HERE 3 X IN 2 WEEKS NOW. THE DOCTORS, THE NURSING STAFF ARE REALLY EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND I HAVE ALWAYS FEELED VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. IF THE INITIAL QUEREL WERE NOT SO NERVED, YES, I HAVE TO REVIEW MY OPINION, THE PEOPLE HERE ARE REALLY DOING THEIR BEST ... I REALLY MISSED ... HERE I WILL CONTINUE TREATMENT IN DECEMBER 20 ... AND I WILL CONTINUE TREATMENT. ..I'M IN GOOD HANDS HERE👍

There are only 4 stars because the sisters tear it out. The medical staff unfortunately left a lot to be desired, unfriendly, no proper address and I felt very uncomfortable and not well taken care of by a doctor.

I just can't find the right words to describe this organizational disaster.

My mother, A. Gropengiesser (83 years) was brought to the St. Georg St. (Station C1) on 02.08.2018 by ambulance. (She stayed until August 20, 1818. From there she was sent on to Wandsbek in a geriatric REHA.) I, as her daughter, was with her every day and can report above all how incredibly empathetic, and yet honestly Dr.. med. Tobias Spangenberg dealt with the complex clinical picture of my mother. In the long time of their illness (over the years), there really were not very many doctors who have accompanied us in such a human, professionally competent and understandable way for the layman. We were always very well looked after and advised. Ultimately, my mother decided against the life-prolonging measure of dialysis and has now fallen asleep. As long as she could still think clearly, she had the "nice" doctor. Spangenberg in the memory - and therefore it is also important to me to thank him on this way. Human and professionally competent doctors are the pearls in our health system. Thank you!

Very rude, patients are just a number, no information
