The receptionist has treated me very badly, due to the fact that I do not speak perfect German, and I have asked her to please speak in English, since it was my health and it was very easy for me to explain myself. In addition, she has treated me as a liar denying that the day before I called to request an appointment, which they told me I could go. She also told me that they could not attend, because I had no prescription for medical practice. Because that was the only way to serve me (even so when I told her, that I had a lot of pain, and they (other General Doctor) had sent me for there) And that is totally a lie, because I had been there before (around 8month ago) and they treated me. In the end, they did not attend me. And they made me feel worse

The ladies in the registration area are extremely unfriendly. I advise against consulting this department. Who needs that? Oh and they are racist too! Proven !!! A criminal complaint is initiated.

I cannot understand some of the criticism. I found the medical care to be very professional. The nursing staff was very friendly and helpful. I can recommend the clinic without hesitation!

I was at the K2D for 3 days this week and I can only report positive things. Nice nurses, nice nurses, nice doctors ... the operation went great. Yes, the rooms are not the newest, but despite everything I felt in good hands.

The rudeness runs through from the reception to the doctor. The rooms were full and yet I (and all the other 7 waiting patients / guests, etc.) was turned on by one of the doctors (gray hair, glasses, slim figure, about 185cm tall ...) because I / we instead of 1.5 Meter only 1 meter distance to the person in front due to the patient density. The saying that those waiting had to listen to: "If we have Corona outside, we also have it inside". All I say is shut down the place! But now to the real thing - I had an appointment today at 11:30 a.m. in the outpatient department, my turn came at 1:30 p.m. in order to then have to discuss the necessity of the treatment and its scope with the doctor. I just wasn't listened to and didn't feel noticed. Questions ridiculed. Conclusion - a shame about the time I could spend in the waiting room with a nap. Instead of a polite apology that the appointment at 11:30 didn't take place until 13:30, there was mob and misunderstanding because I wanted to share my opinion about the treatment. - I don't recommend it.
