I was very disappointed, as one of the employees (blonde hair with plait, around the end of 40 years old) was very unfriendly. I stood in a corner and held earrings to my ears for a very short time. I took off the mouthguard for a moment. There was a distance of at least 2 m to all other people in the shop. The employee attacked me in a very unfriendly manner and visibly dragged me as a customer with her colleague. I immediately put the mouthguard back on, but I couldn't really judge the earrings with mouthguards. I didn't put anyone in danger and I didn't have any symptoms of a Covid infection. Since I work as a doctor and can assess the situation very well, I feel that I have been treated in a very customer-unfriendly manner and the visible blaspheming about customers does not work at all. I was at the Europa Passage in Hamburg on October 8th, 2020 around 5 p.m.

Really attentive and competent team in the Europa Passage. I was recognized immediately, which I (not only that) reward with 5 stars. Always new offers and you can always find the right thing that gives the outfit that certain something.

Really great! Very friendly and competent seller. Found really fast and factually appropriate jewelry. This is how shopping is fun. Would love to come back.
