I was this weekend at Christ in the Europa Passage. I was a very warm welcome by a staff member and was equally well served by her. The mood in general was great in the store. I did not feel that I pretend here must now because I'm at a jeweler. I was competent and professional advice and have probably very felt. At the end we have all laughed heartily.
I will definitely come back!!! Sun makes shopping fun!
Unfortunately, very incompetent saleswomen. I can only strongly advise against a visit. There are other Christ branches with more professional and nicer staff.
Unfortunately my watch bought there could not be shortened on site (7 days waiting time). The "suitable tool" is missing, I should report to another branch. A colleague then solved the problem for me within a few minutes - he is a layman and not a watchmaker :-(
We ordered our wedding rings from Christ in the Europassage. The seller was super nice and competent. We even started together. The employees were all in a good mood. Simply great.
