Really professional service, fast and personalized. It was a great experience looking forward to the call that lets me know my selection has arrived ;)

I went there because in their website they hugely advertise their maintenance services, even on watches produced by brands they do not sell, as well as their lab as the biggest one in North of Germany. The watch a brought there mounts a standard ETA 2671 movement and had a very common issue with the rotor. I told them everything but they even refused to open and take a look and just told me to bring it somewhere else where they sell that specific brand. Clearly disappointed and only a waste of time.
