I went this morning to the store, and it is an amazing one, where you expect a good service as well. But no...we were at the store, there was no organization. We were waiting for 15minutes, which as fine, until a lady started talking to us. Another lady from the other side of the store started screaming telling that we there were another couple waiting. It was embarrassing! I will bebe come back to this store again! Do not recommend! If you love the store, like I do, go the galeria karstadt and have an amazing experience!
